Here at Energy Fields Muesli Recipes, we will provide you with ideas for healthy snacks to give the whole family. These recipes contain our wonderful Vital Start Muesli and Natural Muesli
1/4 cup nut butter (you can use peanut, almond, or any nut of your choice)
1/2 cup butter (or dairy free alternative)
1/2 cup soft, brown sugar
2 cups puffed rice
2 cups Energy Fields Vital Start Muesli
Melt honey, nut butter, butter and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine with dry ingredients. Press into a shallow pan - 20cm x 30cm, and refrigerate till hard.
** It takes approxiamtely 2-3 hours for my slice to harden, and I use ABC spread for the nut butter which is made of almonds, brazil nuts and cashews. It is delicious!
1 cup milk
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp honey
grated apple to serve
berries to serve
yoghurt to serve
Combine the Energy fields Natural Muesli with the milk, orange juice and honey.Stir through and soak overnight in fridge.
